This past month, I took a 𝙥𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 (January 2021) to re-connect, re-focus and re-group. I had to, to produce better content, better videos, be a better Coach and most importantly a better me. That detox has been good!
There are 3 things (success habits) that have really resonated with me that I want to share with you as we commence the second month of this New Year:
𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵)
There is power in our values, they are our internal compass. In a recent session with one of my mentors, an outstanding Woman of Influence*, she asked me this simple beautiful question, ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴄᴏʀᴇ ᴠᴀʟᴜᴇꜱ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛᴏᴘ 5 ʏᴏᴜ ᴡɪʟʟ ʟɪᴠᴇ ʙʏ ᴛʜɪꜱ ʏᴇᴀʀ?
It brought me clarity and alignment as I actively choose to always honour my values and vision, no matter the adversity.
Ask yourself, and honour who you are.
𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲
I really believe that one of the main keys to success is how we manage and own our time. I can testify that waking up at 5am consistently with a structured routine of mindset, exercise and strategy has been a game changer in my own life, and equally going to bed by a certain time with a wind down routine is sweeter than honey! 𝟯. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁, 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁, 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
''𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 90% 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 10% 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺" - I couldn't agree more Tony! The mindset and inner work pays off the highest dividends. What mindset and inner work are you doing currently? It's one thing to have a vision but one must have the capacity to execute that vision, which takes mindset work. Keep working on you to get your goals and achieve that vision for your life.
